Andreina Escalante
Born in Valencia, Venezuela, where her vibrant spirit and creativity flourished from an early age. With a keen interest in communication, she pursued a degree in Advertising and Marketing Management and Sales, laying the foundation for a career that would blend her artistic inclinations with her business acumen.
In 2019, Andreina took a bold step and moved to Panama, driven by her lifelong passion for flamenco dancing. This transition marked a significant chapter in her life, allowing her to immerse herself in the rich cultural landscape of her new home while pursuing her artistic dreams.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Andreina’s heart lies in advocacy. She has actively collaborated with Casa Esperanza, a foundation dedicated to supporting underprivileged children. Through her involvement, she has worked tirelessly to create opportunities and uplift the lives of those in need.
However, it was her journey as the mother of a neurodivergent child that profoundly shaped her mission. Since her son’s autism diagnosis, Andreina has been a fierce advocate for neurodiversity, dedicating herself to finding and sharing tools and resources that promote a better quality of life for her son. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by families navigating autism, she has committed herself to building a supportive community. Andreina believes in the power of connection and shared experiences, striving to ensure that no family feels alone in their journey.
